QC/QA POLICY

QA/QC GUIDELINES

Quality to us entails a strategic and operational dedication to excellence through customer-centricity, ethics, creativity, and innovation in design, as well as compliance, safety, dependability, and on-time delivery. The leadership team sets and oversees our quality targets, which are then disseminated via our operational procedures.

  • In order to achieve the best results in accordance with the SOW (Scope of Work), we offer three-level quality checking.
  • Configure the BIM Track project setting and define the project design targets and goals in a BIM management plan.
  • Creating and upholding design drawing guidelines for our detail drawings
  • To lower the possibility of error, a senior checker is a part of every team in our structure.
  • Create the components of the new design that must adhere to the specifications and perform the necessary checks.
  • To provide the best results possible, we rate our checkers and modellers on a regular basis based on their performance.
  • Create process controls utilising BIM technologies, such as standards checking, code checking, and clash detection, so we can provide customers with compliant models.

Three Level Quality Control

Quality Check during Modelling

  • Model flaws are fixed.
  • A clash detection process is carried out.
  • Family and model standards are examined.
  • The model is evaluated and compared with the blueprints.

Quality Check during Drawing

  • Every annotation has been checked.
  • Design drawings and detail drawings are compared.
  • Sheet format is examined in accordance with client specifications.

Model and Drawing Assurance

  • Complete model and drawing sample inspections are performed.
  • If there is a clash, it is noted.
  • This ensures that the data is error-free.
